Project Management
We understand excellent project management is an important and critical part of your experience with us.
On every project, a dedicated Project Manager is responsible for making sure every day-to-day aspect and detail of your project gets taken care of, with a positive attitude in tow. They will manage your project from start to finish and take responsibility for meeting deadlines with grace!
All AT&C project managers have undertaken the Prince 2 training programme to ensure we maintain the high standards throughout your project with us. They ensure design work, goods procurement and AV installation engineers are in place for your project, also making sure programmers and commissioning crews know get your project completed successfully too.
Procurement
The Procurement department is a well-connected team of professionals, responsible for ordering goods, throughout the company.
We use the latest system design and procurement software, integrated with our accounts software, to procure and track goods from design to procurement and finally to logistics for optimal efficiency.
We enjoy close working partnerships with many of the world’s leading manufacturers too. This allows us to always source equipment readily and competitively, in advance of installation, so they are available when required for projects in and around London and across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Rack Building
We provide comprehensive on-site and off-site rack building services with accompanying schematics and operating manuals.
Built in advance by our highly skilled team of engineers, all equipment racks are built to specification, unique for each project, and shipped to site as soon as we are notified they are ready to be received.
By Building, testing and commissioning our equipment racks in advance of delivery to site we minimise potential problems and maximise efficiency on-site for 2nd-fix build stages.
We provide the same level of care and attention for all our racks regardless of their destination.
Installation
We have an extensive team of engineers who are all qualified and passionate about the work they do. They really can tackle any task, from small projects through to more complicated solutions, including major remodelling projects!
As a company, we are committed to developing our in-house engineering resource. We do this through on the job training and outsourcing supplier led courses for product specific skills.
We are InfoComm members too, which enables our engineers to become CTS qualified, a globally recognised standard for Audio Visual design and installation.

Programming
The heart of every great audio visual installation is a professionally written programme and custom designed Graphic User Interface (GUI), which gives you the ability to control your system.
Control your world: The first step in developing a successful programming system is to identify which functions and what capabilities are important and for who.
We have a huge amount of experience in this area, across many different types and styles: whether you need full integration through dedicated touch panels or an App on portable devices; We’ve a great deal of experience with clients who want to control it all from one easy interface so they can get back to doing the things that really matter to them most, whatever that may be for them!
