Tom Kerridge’s Bar and Grill
Tom Kerridge’s Bar and Grill is a refined British restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, located within the five-star Corinthia Hotel in London. The restaurant offers a menu of classic dishes and traditional techniques, and also features a rotisserie bar.
The restaurant has a spacious and elegant interior, with a dark green and burgundy colour palette, leather-upholstered chairs and banquettes, and a striking chandelier made from 400 copper cookware items. The restaurant also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 guests, with a view of the kitchen and a bespoke menu.
About the project
The challenge of this project was to create a high quality audio experience which complimented the space without dominating it. Within this ultra stylish setting were very high ceilings, so AT&C turned to a high quality K-Array system which delivered a beautiful ambience to the restaurant and also fitted discretely into the background of the space. The solution blended sub compact line array speakers with small point source units, all running from a Kammander KA24 4 – Channel amplifier mounted out of site in the cloak room.
About the outcome
What better place to showcase our abilities than in an iconic restaurant set within and exquisite hotel. This was a challenging site as spaces like this can be echoey and difficult to get right, however our design and installation engineers applied their knowledge and experience to deliver something truly awesome and befitting to both the Tom Kerridge and Corinthia Hotel brands.
