The Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Shape is a modular, wall-mounted speaker system designed for both aesthetic appeal and superior sound quality. Its unique hexagonal tiles can be arranged in various configurations, allowing for a customizable design that fits any space. Each tile can serve as a speaker, amplifier, or acoustic damper, enhancing both the visual and acoustic environment. The system is equipped with integrated noise dampers to improve room acoustics and features the BeoSound Core connectivity hub, enabling seamless music streaming via Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, and Bluetooth. This innovative system not only delivers immersive sound but also doubles as a striking piece of wall art.
About the projects-
AT&C undertook the impressive task of installing the largest ever BeoSound Shape system at Kvadrat’s flagship showroom in Hoxton, London. This installation featured 65 tiles, including 24 speakers, 6 amplifiers, and 34 dampers, all seamlessly integrated into the showroom’s design. The BeoSound Shape system, known for its modular and customizable design, was covered in Kvadrat’s high-quality fabrics, creating a visually stunning and acoustically enhanced environment.
The Beosound Shape, crafted by Bang & Olufsen, is more than just a speaker; it’s a statement piece that seamlessly integrates into any space while delivering impeccable sound quality. By combining Kvadrat’s expertise in textiles with AT&C’s mastery of audio technology, the showroom now offers visitors an immersive sensory experience where the rich textures of Kvadrat’s fabrics are complemented by the pristine sound of the Beosound Shape speakers.
