Estelle Manor

Estelle Manor is a hotel and private members’ club set in a Grade-II listed landmark house on a 60-acre Oxfordshire estate. It is surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens. It has 108 bedrooms, 4 restaurants, a gym and spa.

It is a country hotel and private members’ club in the Oxfordshire countryside, perched on the Cotswolds’ doorstep. It is a hosted home and countryside companion to private members’ club Maison Estelle in Mayfair, London.

It opened in April 2023 and is founded by Sharan Pasricha, the founder of Ennismore, a global hospitality company. Estelle Manor is a new school club with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

The focus is on relaxed rural living, conversations, nature and discovery. It exists to rewild the countryside and provide a breath of fresh air for its members.

Whether it’s a romantic weekend away, family get together or corporate retreat; Estelle Manor offers something for everyone.

From guided forest walks to fly-fishing lessons; from private dining experiences in the manor house to spa treatments in the Clubhouse – there are countless ways to explore what Estelle Manor has to offer.

About the project

Having worked with the Ennismore team on numerous projects including Hoxton sites throughout the UK and Europe and also the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, AT&C were invited to the development to work alongside project managers Gardiner and Theobald to deliver an audio visual experience befitting of such an elegant site.

The project centred around high quality K-Array audio technologies as well as meeting room and cinema systems across a range of bespoke areas in this historic building. The spaces included internal bars and restaurants, meeting rooms, external terraces, numerous members’ areas spa and even a children’s creche.

The project was a complex blend of high-end audio set discreetly among a raft of beautifully designed high quality features including ceiling to floor oak panelling, a blend of classic and contemporary fixtures and furnishings, feature fireplaces and chandeliers.

About the outcome

Although these buildings are beautiful and iconic, they can be extremely challenging for design, coordination and delivery teams.

We have worked extensively with the client design teams on previous projects as well as the project management team and also the internal IT function from Ennismore, so we know the standards they work to and are able to match them.

This is another fine example of what the team at AT&C can deliver within a challenging environment, yet again we’re incredibly proud of the standards they have managed to achieve. Richard Newman, Director, AT&C.
