1 Hotels is a luxury hotel brand dedicated to promoting an eco-conscious and sustainable lifestyle. The brand emphasises the use of organic materials, reclaimed wood, and other environmentally friendly practices in its hotel designs.
Each property aims to create a connection between guests and the environment, fostering an awareness of nature. 1 Hotels are known for their distinctive design, which incorporates natural elements and sustainable materials.
The hotels typically feature locally sourced, organic, and farm-to-table dining options. Wellness and fitness amenities are also offered to guests during their stay.
About the Project
1 Hotel Mayfair represented the group’s entry into the UK market. AT&C worked with the brand and owners to design and deliver an end to end AV solution across all areas of the hotel.
Within the scope was a Lutron guest room management and energy saving system for controlling lighting and heating / air conditioning. We also delivered ambient music to the public areas as well as WiFi and CCTV systems throughout the site.
